What is MNsure?
MNsure is the online tool to compare and enroll in health coverage plans, the ONLY place to qualify for subsidies to reduce monthly premiums, and where to go to sign up for Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare.
When can I enroll?
MinnesotaCare and Medical Assistance is open for enrollment year round. For those needing coverage from a Qualified Health Plan, enrollment is available between November 1st and January 31st, or in the case of a Qualifying Life Event. Use this chart to help you understand what you qualify for:
How do I enroll?
The best way to enroll is online at www.mnsure.org. It is not possible to apply using a tablet or cell phone. Enrollment assistance is recommended. Find more enrollment tips here.

Navigators are trained and certified to help you enroll in coverage through MNsure. Navigator assistance is available at many locations throughout Duluth, including the Main Library. The Main Library hosts a navigator on Mondays from 10:00-7:00. Please call 722-9650 for an appointment.
Navigators serve all MN residents, including those who are uninsured, those who buy health coverage on their own, and those who qualify for Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare.
