Duluth Citizen Review Board

The Duluth Citizen Review Board is an advisory body to the Police Department and City Council for the purpose of fostering relationships and strengthening trust and communication between the police department and citizens of Duluth in furtherance of the best interests of the city and all of its residents.  Legislative Code, Chapter 2, Administration, Article XII

 Established by Ordinance No. 10166,

Meeting Time and Place:

The Duluth Citizen Review Board (CRB) held three public open houses in early October to gather community input on the potential purchase of personal protective equipment and review a sample policy. Several hundred residents participated and shared their written comments in person over three productive evenings and more submitted feedback online. The CRB then held a Committee Meeting on Wednesday October 17, 2018 to review the complete packet of comments. The CRB is providing the full packet of submitted comments below:
